<Mutiny> is recruiting!

We’re looking for players across all roles and positions as we head into the release of Forever (PVP). We’re bringing our entire 30-man roster over from TBC, with a core group that has played essentially every release of Classic. We’ll be rolling Horde and are looking to build out multiple strong 20-man groups from the ground up.

We are a parse-oriented, progression-focused guild. The goal is to have multiple groups operating within that higher bracket of gameplay — we care about performance, preparation, and pushing ourselves, while still keeping the atmosphere enjoyable.

⚔️ Raid Schedule

We’ll be running two separate 20-man raid groups:

🔥 Tuesday/Thursday — 8:00 PM–11:00 PM PST

This is one of the two 20-man groups. Thursday will be used if needed, depending on the raid schedule and progression.

⚔️ Wednesday/Sunday — 8:00 PM–11:00 PM PST

This will be the second 20-man group, giving us another consistent path for players who fit better into that schedule.

Both groups will have the same overall expectations: show up prepared, perform, improve, and contribute to the success of the raid. We’re not looking to have one “main” group and one afterthought — the goal is for all of our groups to operate at a high level.

🏆 Loot

Loot will be handled through RC Loot Council. The system will be used as a tool to determine what distribution most benefits the raid as a whole, rather than simply being a personal loot priority system.

Performance, attendance, progression needs, consistency, and your overall interaction/contribution within the guild will all be considerations. The goal is to distribute gear in a way that makes the raid stronger and helps us progress, while rewarding players who consistently contribute to the team.

💬 Community

We’re also looking for people who actually want to be part of a guild rather than simply logging in for raid night.

Our Discord is active throughout the day, with people hanging out, talking shit, running content, or just shooting the shit. Voice channels are used essentially every night, so there’s usually someone around even when we aren’t actively raiding.

We’re a fairly social group, and we value people who interact with the guild and become part of the community all while bringing the PUMP.

That said, we’re also not the guild for the easily offended. We can be blunt, sarcastic, and pretty unapologetic at times. If you’re looking for a completely filtered corporate workplace experience, this probably isn't it.

With Forever launching Nov 4th, I've been thinking about putting together a PvP Horde guild specifically for the younger generation of WoW players and wanted to see if anyone would be interested.

I feel like a lot of the WoW community has gotten older over the years, and it'd be cool to get a group of people around the same age together to experience everything Forever has to offer.

Thinking a mix of casual and semi-hardcore players. People who enjoy getting sweaty with PvP, dungeons, and raids but also just want to explore, quest together, mess around, and actually enjoy the game without treating it like a second job lol.

This raid night is for first time raiders who can't commit to progression raid teams, alts, etc.

We've decided upon running Loot Council, but we're aiming for full transparency. More details to come closer to launch.

What We're Building

We're aiming for a 100–150 member guild that actually feels like a community.

We're not looking to have 40 important raiders and 100 people sitting in the background.

Casuals are part of the guild. So are PvPers, dungeon runners, crafters, altoholics, new players, returning players, and people who aren't sure what they want to play yet.

There will be guild events, PvP, dungeons, professions, Guild Master quests, community nights, and plenty of things to do outside of raid progression.

RP Ruleset

We're playing on the RP ruleset, but we're not trying to be a hardcore RP guild.

You don't need to be in character 24/7. We just expect people to respect the ruleset and other players who want to RP.

People who are in roughly the same stage of life as us.

Long-time WoW players. Vanilla veterans. Parents. People with careers. New players. Returning players. Raiders. Casuals.

Placeholders is a WoW Forever guild founded by a core group of former hardcore and mythic raiders. We still want to play at a high level, but we no longer want WoW to feel like a second job. We're looking for experienced, like-minded players who have the competitive mindset and skill from wow or other mmos but now have careers, families and real-life commitments.

Our main focus will be Raiding, PvP and PvE content, with raids primarily taking place on weekends and additional sessions whenever it fits the group. Real life comes first — but when we play, we expect people to perform. That means knowing your class, coming prepared, being willing to improve and taking organized content seriously.
