18 USC 2381: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against it, or adheres to its enemies, giving them aid and comfort, is guilty of treason, and shall suffer death...

The next AG needs to bring treason charges against Musk, prosecute, pull his citizenship, then deport him. The president should then nationalize Starlink and Space X on Musk's way out the door.

You're absolutely wrong; you can't pull someone's citizenship and deport them after they've been executed in accordance with statute.

Fuck Elon here. He’s harming Ukraine, who is an ally we should be supporting way more. But this would never be charged as treason under even the most leftist of democrat governments. His defense lawyers would argue that Russia is not considered an enemy by the U.S. government, therefore 18 USC 2381 wasn’t violated. And they’d be right. Russia should be classified as an enemy, but it isn’t.

So to charge Elon with treason, the US would first have to take a far more adversarial stance against Russia than it took under Biden or Trump.
