Started playing Witcher 3 for the first time last month been absolutely loving it. Decidedly recently that I wanted ti install a few mods. So I got to vortex which is how I handle all my mods for games in of and I get this message. Anybody know what it means and how to fix it?

Anyone figure how to put the hood down without the game crashing on console?? I really want to put it down in some areas without taking it off completely but my game just crashes

I've been modding this game manually for a while now (dragging and dropping in the game files), and I have to admit it's getting a bit harder for me to keep track of everything I've downloaded, so I ask you guys what mod manager you prefer and one that you can recommend.

So something really bothered me in vanilla: looting is based on Geralt's rotation, not the camera. So I made the camera dictate which container Geralt will loot. It actually works!! :D

I've been thinking about a mod that does exactly this: overhauling The Witcher 3's interaction UI to behave like Red Dead Redemption 2. The goal would be to move the floating interaction prompts (like 'Gather' or 'Talk') from the center of the screen to a dynamic, context-sensitive menu in the bottom right corner. How difficult would it be to create a mod like this?

Im playing a fresh save on re mastered version rn. And i dont have enough time to grind for lvl’s and gold like i used to before. I remember modding my save way before 2022 or so and made my play-through a lot more enjoyable and easy. I just want my geralt to equip all the gears i have unlocked now and start hunting for the witcher gears again and spend some golds in the brothel hehe. Just an hour ago I got chased by those high leveled sun cultist once and managed to split one dude and fought him for like 10mins just to kill him. Felt like i was fighting a boss fight. So yes i need a mod again. If im not mistaken i only edited a file on the game itself before but i dont remember how to do that again. Saw a tutorial way back in 2022 but well, I’d be lucky to find that again. Also can’t find gold and level mods i. youtube rn. Even decided to take a peak on nexus mod

Posting here as I haven't found an answer to this. I have 300+ hours on Steam so I want to spice things up for for the remaster as I bought it on PS5.

Can I mod some existing in-game items/money on the PC save and use cross play to transfer it to the PS5? I would like to be able to keep earning achievements, hence why I don't want to use the mods on the PS until platinum.

Can somebody explain what should I do to fix this ?

On PC, tried hours if not days to get multiple mods working together the way I wanted it to look, and used only compatible just for this to happen. Have not used Vortex since I tried awhile ago and people said it was crap compared to the community mod manager. Also did some manual installation, so if anybody has come across similar instance, please help me thanks!

Is there a mod that adds Miracle of Sound's witcher songs (Wake the White Wolf, and Lady of Worlds specifically) to the game (if it matters I'm on PC)

Hey everyone! Earlier I made a post about the bug where mutagen slots are completely locked or not working (while skill slots are working fine).

I found a workaround using the developer console. It's a bit tedious and requires several steps, but if you follow them carefully, everything will work properly — it has already been tested and confirmed. Once you complete the process, your mutagen slots will function again as intended.

Note: This requires using cleardevelop, which resets your character to level 1 and clears your current inventory, so follow the steps carefully.

Step-by-step fix:

1. Save your game.
2. Put ABSOLUTELY ALL your items into the green stash chest (everything you can store).
3. Take a screenshot of your quest items inventory! Do not skip this step so you don't forget anything or break quest progression later.
4. Open the console (~) and type: cleardevelop
5. Restore your level: setlevel(your_level) (e.g., setlevel(12)).
6. Take all your gear back from the stash and re-equip it.
7. Restore your missing quest items using additem(item_id). Search "Witcher 3 Item Spawn Codes IGN" on Google to find all IDs, or use IGN wiki.
8. Restore missing skill points (including those from Places of Power) using addskillpoints(amount) (e.g., addskillpoints(14)).

Hope this helps anyone stuck with this issue! I'm still working on finding a cleaner, easier solution that doesn't require using the developer console.

I changed the colors of their lanterns from left to right: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Violet

Im running the game with the PT optimizer mod thinking it would help but i cant find what cause that weird light popping and going through closed doors. Any idea ?

Couldnt they add even 1 each day? There has been only 1 mod in two weeks, im willing to wait, but im starting to ve worried

Zakładka z modami jest wyszarzona i nie można nic pobrać, a bardzo bym chciał pobrać płaszcze itd.

Z tego co widzę jestem wszędzie zalogowany. Czy mogę was prosić o pomoc?

Spiele auf Xbox und habe ausversehen im Mod Menü bei einer Mod die Option „Mod verbergen“ ausgewählt.
Seitdem bleibt die Mod, wie versprochen, verborgen (taucht also nirgends mehr auf) und ich habe keine Ahnung wie ich das rückgängig machen kann. Selbst Deinstallation und Neuinstallation haben nichts gebracht.
Kann jemand helfen??

I'm playing the Pc version remastered Orchard and Icons disappear in the map once you move far enough from the merchant. I can observe that in White Orchard (with two merchants, one near the inn, and other at the sawmill).

Is there a mod to change this?

It makes for me no sense to remember the position after some times where they was, because we have a map with some vendors like the herbalist.
