I use Eden, I create a room, have the others join said room then launch the game but it still doesn't work

Does anyone know if there’s a community that still plays online matches using the emulator?

Update Edit: Fixed the issue! Created an open, but hidden, network that I connected to in both my base 3DS settings and the Nintendo WFC Settings from the menu within my Pokemon White rom hack using primary and secondary DNS of 178.62.43.212. Might have been overkill to do it with both sections but it worked. Got the ticket to go get Victini and reconnecting is giving me other event Pokemon too!

I’ve tried every DNS combination I can from the guides but I keep getting the 51099 error code when I try to use mystery gift on my 3DS. I am using a hacked version of Pokemon White off my SD card instead of my legit cartridge so maybe that’s why? Or is there a specific DNS setting I should do in my 3DS settings that will still work?

I can try setting up a specific WiFi band through my router that only targets the wiimmfi server if need be but I’m hoping I don’t need to do that just cause it’s more time consuming.

I have been searching for this guy the past couple of days by using the old DNS exploits through the NFC servers. Is there an actual way to obtain this still? I don't see it on any lists.

Randomly, for some time now, my hotspot won't connect to the internet. My settings are all correct, and I'm connecting to the access point, but I'm having trouble actually connecting to the Internet. I've tried connecting to the server using my 3DS and DSi, and no luck. I've even toyed around with different DNS combinations

I just downloaded the Dolphin Emulator and RiiConnect/WiiLink channels for the first time this evening and am trying to get all the channels working. While each channel works individually when I double click on them in the Dolphin menu, they will not show up all at the same time in the Wii menu itself, I can only have one at a time. I am running the file containing all the files through the paths section of Dolphin, which to my knowledge is what I need to do. Is there a way to fix this issue and if so what might I be doing wrong?

So I just learned about the EU Kids Act, and what could possibly be in there. When I saw that privately-owned servers for legacy games (ex. Minecraft) would be illegal (since no ID verification) my mind immediately went to Wiimmfi. However, I'm not sure if it would actually fall under the Act. Also, as a side note, I think this is incredibly stupid and unnecessary, and I hope it isn't passed.

When using Android make sure to set the Private DNS setting on your Android Network settings to OFF otherwise your android will reject the DNS redirect from the DS.

This worked for my partner and we can trade on Pokémon gen 4 just fine now! :D

I'm 90% sure I did everything right too. I'm using my phone's hotspot if that matters.

Me and my girlfriend downloaded kartpad(mk wii compiler) on Android. We played like 60-70 matches mostly hosted by her she playsnon her tab with mobile hotspot mostly(maybe sometime slow hostel wifi i dont remember). Now suddenly we were getting the 86420 error . I downloaded the wii compiled wheel wizard on my pc then it didn't work but then we tried what google said it said to turn off the Wi-Fi wait for 30 seconds and then turn on the Wi-Fi again same with her phone but using aeroplane mode we tried and this work in the morning and we tested one match and we said that will play tonight and tonight it is not working and it is showing the same 86420 error but surprisingly it works when I play using my phone on same wifi or mobile data with my pc on wifi . Please help what can we do? We can play in public lobby together but not room creation.

Hello everyone, I am currently trying to make the jump to an Ayn Thor (using watermelonds, came from melonDS desktop) and I’m having trouble maintaining the same friend code across the same (duplicated) game file on multiple saves.

As in I log into wimfii , it asks me to generate a new FC because it is a new console, which is fine and makes sense… but even if I duplicate the game file itself after this assignment it will insist on generating a new one, making it so I have 3 different FCs on 3 different save/game files… anyone got any ideas on how to handle this? It is technically the same config and console…

I’m fine with a new FC, I just need it to stay the same on the 3 files of the same game.
