Vagueposting generates interactions by getting people to click on posts, open comments, or write comments.

Probably not changing anytime soon unless reddit fixes their algorithm (unlikely because maximized interactions is what investors want.)

It was true for a very short time during the kirkification trend, because there legitimately was a massive slew of Kirk images in the training data, but that was for like, a week, and right after the AI got normal images again and stopped slipping Kirk in the background of things.

And when I was 12 I saw Santa Claus. There were so many AI images with Charlie Kirk in them... because there was literally a trend of putting Charlie Kirk into random images.

It was never true. Every time AI put Charlie Kirk's face in an image, it was on purpose at the request of the user. His face showing up spontaneously was always a joke.

"Vibe coding" is when you have AI do all your coding work for you.

Actual programmers are being replaced because literally anyone can just have an AI create a website or write new code for a program. Obviously there are some potential problems with this when you dont have an actual programmer to check its work, but thats the world we live in now
