Well they would say somethhing like

"Oh putain ces connard de touriste là, il font chier, il sont même pas foutu de parler français, ils parlent même pas englais" or something

(It's a bunch of insult if reddit isn't translating properly)

Well done for the excellent French. Congratulations.^

However, many plurals are missing, and the French term for the English word is spelled with an A, not an E.

The correct sentence would therefore be: "Oh putain ces connards de touristes là, ils font chier, ils ne sont même pas foutus de parler français, ils ne parlent même pas anglais"
