keep inventory on, disable fire spread and disable mob griefing, I don't play to get stressed.

I hate it, I wish there was two different gamerules so as to not break villagers interaction but remove creeper blowing up/ghast

Datapacks exist. Look up vanilla tweaks. You can just turn off enderman and creeper grief

I prefer the og netherack method, the fire texture is bigger, but i do use campfires too on some occasions
