who is this fuzzy dude who set up an ill advised web right by our courtyard hallway? I relocated them to avoid a jump scare that could lead to someone killing them
Southern California, approximately 1.5-2” or so

These beetles have started to coat the east face of my house in the past couple weeks. What are they? Should I be concerned? I do have a small garden and two cats.

Hopefully this is a good enough picture for ID, I can't get much closer without destroying his web. The web (including anchors) is roughly 6'x5'

I have seen these little guys twice, and both times I thought it was some kind of fungus at first. They have a slight bluish tint that comes across better in the second pic. They look like mealybugs on steroids.
1st pic was taken yesterday near Locust Knob in Western NC around 4500’. I didn’t think to try to ID the tree, but the forest has a lot of Beech. They are all pretty small. Some don’t look armored (for lack of a better word), so maybe they’re a younger stage in their life cycle?
2nd pic is from 11/5/25 on Lane Pinnacle in Western NC around 5100’. Again I didn’t think to ID the tree.

UK, today.
Found this fella on my towel, who then wafted into the sink, quite dead.
My best guess is a variable cockroach nymph? Wondering if it had got indoors and died on the blind and then fell towel-ward when I lowered it to have a shower.
Apologies for image quality, phone struggled a bit.
Would be grateful if anyone can confirm or identify!
Thanks!!

There was an even tinier one near this. Barely perceptible so I assume it's freshly hatched.
6 legs. 4 on the body 2 near the head, darker head, some horizontal stripes along the body, a little brown but semi transparent. I couldn't tell if it had whiskers or not.
It looked almost like a little ant, but transparent. the "head" part is too long to be a bed bug I think, and the big "body" part is too narrow.
But I'm no entomologist, that's why I'm here haha
Are these anything to worry about?

Google Lens is saying this is a Dolichus beetle but I can’t find much more info regarding them. It seems like he released a stink when I tried to catch him? South Eastern, PA, crawling around an office.
