New, what is it? These are all over the fallen leaves from my pear tree, what are they?
So many of my pear tree leaves that have fallen have these things growing from the red sections on the leaves. Any ideas what it could be?

This is a "rust fungus." It is unfortunately quite common especially near Juniper and/or pear trees.
Your best bet at this stage is to prune any leaves containing the parasite and spray the remaining tree/plant down with an anti-fungal spray.

There are some nasty sprays for rust, if they use anything strong be very careful to follow all the application direction. Fungicides, even natural can be really nasty.

I typically like to go the natural route of pruning the effected areas to include parts of the twigs/branches then giving it a bath in fire. Then I like to spray the tree with peppermint oil which often helps.
