Solved! Yellow webcam?

I found this in a box of PC junk that was donated. I believe it's a webcam but I can't find a single thing about it online. By the way, any recommendations to getting this clean? I assume just 99 % rubbing alcohol would be safe, yes?

Clean it with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton bud, or regular alcohol can work but isopropyl is the best.
