The duality of man. Here's a person who is just causally holding a bug with their bare hands while it's moving. And then theres people like me who wouldn't touch it, even when wearing all the protection in the world.

I love bugs. I think they are fascinating.

And no fucking way am I touching that.

I can agree, they’re fascinating. And, at times, horribly terrifying.

Absolutely. If that thing’s not in my house or touching me, it’s gorgeous.

The interesting thing to me is that I don't actually mind this guy as much as smaller bugs.

Bugs freak me out because you can't really predict how they'll act and they're too small and fast to really do anything about.

This guy is big enough that I feel like I have a read on him and would be able to tell what he's up to.

Exactly why wolf spiders are a million times scarier than tarantulas.

I might with this bug, if it's not poisonous and can't hurt me. But damn if I would be anywhere near a spider. My child had the opportunity to hold an enormous spider and pet it. I almost shrieked when she touched it. I don't care if it's safe. The guy had the nerve to ask if I would like to hold it too. NOPE! And wherever that thing came from is where I'm not moving to!
