Solved! Do I need it?

Found this in a drawer, no clue. AT ALL

Edit: someone found it OUT. It’s crazy: many hyper intelligent monkeys solve mysteries..

Yes, you absolutely will need this.

As soon as you give up figuring out what it is and throw it away

That is often the case for me. 😂 So I save pieces I find around the home.

Do you have any kind of fish tank, oxygen supply, or IV pump in the house? It almost looks like a trap for leaks, or maybe some kind of coupler for tubing. I'm speculating, though.

Could be from a flatpack bookshelf or similar.

This was my guess, it looks like it'll accept an airline hose on either end.

Looks like the thing you put a roll of tape on for a tape dispenser

I have a little box in my hall closet where I put random "pieces" I have found in my house. I have been able to figure out what some of those pieces went to while some still remain unclaimed.

Yup. I get vindicated every time I figure out what it came from though. Last week I was re organizing and decided to use a stackable under cabinet shelf hadnt used in a bit and it was wobbly. Turned it over and saw a rubber square was missing, and I had it in my little box! 😁

Your piece looks like a connector for furniture maybe. Or a small organizing shelf/drawer. Look at some furniture in your house especially any that have been "put together" once in your home, like not bought fully built. Good luck!

Put it in the man drawer with 22 charging wires, various batteries (possible dead) and 84 polish zloty. Never throw it away.

It's for holding an adjustable shelf or partition up in the drawer...
