Solved! Plastic screw thing with a point

Found this on the ground at work as I got out of my car, I'm stumped as to what this is/does.

Looks like the tool I used to own to adjust bike chain links.

yeah but that's way thicker because you need a lot more force for bike chains, this is for watch links. I had one for both.

Ahh yep that makes sense. I'm not a watch person, so looks about the same lol
