New, what is it? Small prophet object - water device on bed?

What is this thing ? At first I thought it was an old CPAP and then an espresso machine!

I'm stuck at trying to figure out what a "small prophet object" is.

Small prophets is a TV series in the UK.

The object is... well. An object.

If that helps.

Ohh. It is as if proper punctuation, including capitals, makes reading something easier. 😑

Silly idea. It'll never catch on.

Clearly it hasn’t. Educational books on grammar and punctuation have been around for decades, if not centuries, and the internet exists, yet here we are devolving into cavemen. Pretty soon we’ll be back to painting pictographs on walls.
