New, what is it? Small prophet object - water device on bed?

What is this thing ? At first I thought it was an old CPAP and then an espresso machine!

Oh god I just started this show! Took me a second to realise what the title meant and where I knew the dude in the bed from 🤣

I am so excited to already be seeing the show getting posted places (even if for the random thing next his bed). Watched the first two eps and am loving it so much already!

Show is Small Prophets if anybody wondering.
