I’d swap one of the squat variations for a heavy single day, percentages feel a little too consistent across the board.

Typically, I’ll have my lifters take another shot at a peak after the final week of a program. Once we’ve established specificity toward heavier singles at the end of the training cycle, there’s often a little more performance we can squeeze out.
I generally don’t introduce true max-effort singles too early. When lifters see singles programmed, they tend to get impatient and overshoot the intended intensity. I’d rather gradually build specificity, establish confidence with heavier weights, finish the program, and then give them an opportunity to push for a true peak.

Im guessing its just the 1st week of a prepatory phase.

Accumulation before you do Realization if you want to sound all "Cal Strength-ey"

Just one back squat day? I'd go with 2 if you're calling it a squat program.

Back squat
Front squat
Pause front squat
Lunges
Reverse Nordics

Yeah no leg work at all, should just trash the whole thing
