Bay Area Wedding florist

My best friend is getting married in San Jose next year. What should she plan ti spend in a sweetheart table like this in California plus centerpieces for a 100-120 people wedding?

Bonus points if you know of any wedding florist you recommend!

It really depends on that total order and vision, but likely $20-30k plus.  Could easily be significantly more.
