Another Generation Tux Post

All week I've been calling, and I would choose "Call me back." Wait literally all day, then another day, and still no call back. Then I start the process over. I'm currently just sitting on hold this time (at 25 minutes), but saw someone was on hold for 4.5+ hours. Has anyone actually got a call back recently?
