Discussion Down to Earth has very poor plot developemnet .

I've been reading this webtoon for a few years now. When I first started reading it, I really enjoyed the art style and the opening of the story. However, as the plot developed, it became a blur of unfinished storylines. The constant introduction of new issues and subplots made the story increasingly confusing to follow, with many of these segments feeling unnecessary to the main plot.

My second issue is how questionable Kade and Zayda's relationship feels on the surface. Sure, it's cute: a guy struggling with his mental health meets a beautiful, curvy, skinny alien girl who falls from the heavens and fixes all his problems. However, we already know that Zayda has been sheltered for her entire life. Kade is the only man with whom she has developed this kind of intimate connection, and she has spent the majority of her time on Earth in his dingy apartment. As a result, she has had little opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with other humans, particularly romantic ones. This makes their relationship feel somewhat forced, as though two people have simply been placed in a room together and expected to fall in love.

My third and final issue concerns the unanswered questions surrounding Zayda's importance to her planet. Why are they so desperate to get her back? Why did she suddenly grow horns? So far, these developments seem to serve little purpose beyond introducing unnecessary conflict to keep readers engaged. Furthermore, we know very little about her species' reproductive biology, which raises additional questions about their physiology and world-building. I acknowledge that the webtoon is still ongoing and will probably continue for a long time. Nevertheless, I feel that, as readers, we should have received at least some answers to these questions by now.

You’re a better person than I am. I was drawn in by the cute art and concept of an alien being coming to earth, only to drop it shortly after finding out the person she just so happened to come into contact with was an insufferable MC with no appeal to him whatsoever. Tried to push through hoping for some character development, but couldn’t take it anymore and just dropped it. Honestly amazed this series is still ongoing

I never understood the appeal... the FL looks like Starfire, acts like her, and talks like her. The ML looks like he doesn't shower often... an emo teenage boy and very self-absorbed in his own misery. I can't stand him whining so much about his ex. Like... which part is the appeal? It's so popular.
