I’ve been quoted .51 on 25mm AUM but it turns out that fees (proprietary funds) will add another .18. So - close to .7. This seems absurdly high. I’m going to talk to some other wealth managers and want to know what the ballpark should be. They were not forthcoming on the layered fees and I’m probably moving on. (I didn’t think I had to specifically ask - even then I had to really push to get clarity). Thanks for any advice.
