it seems almost a crime to be excited for gta6 since in every post there will be at least 30 dudes exclaiming how They will NOT be excited or buying gta6, and that they never understood the appeal

When you truly don't care about something you don't engage with it or notice it.

Going out of your way to tell someone you don't care about something shows you do care.

It's like going and searching for your ex just to tell them you moved. No, you didn't.

They're gently telling you and the algorithm to shut the hell up about GTA and all the speculation already. Even if the game has 100mil purchases, that's a drop in the bucket compared to the rest of the community, but it's been infesting everything lately like it's the only game that exists.

See this is dumb. You don't tell people to "shut hell up " about the GTA because everyone has a choice about what to talk about. It doesn't cater to you.

Second it's dumb because even talking about noting likeng GTA. Still feeds the algorithm about GTA. So you're only making it worse by bringing up the fact you don't care about GTA.

First it's not literal. Just telling people to calm down and stop freaking out about a game every should expect to be good.

Second the algorithm will stop glazing if there is people with level headed or normalized non fanatical views about the game.

It's only dumb if your perspective is narrow.

Well it is the only game the whole industry paused until they announced a date and they all collectively released early in the summer or postponed till next year lol
