it seems almost a crime to be excited for gta6 since in every post there will be at least 30 dudes exclaiming how They will NOT be excited or buying gta6, and that they never understood the appeal

I'm interested in the game, but I'm not a nerd like everyone else thinking it will be the world's best game.

I see GTA6 posts daily in none videogame/GTA subs and it's annoying. People are tried of these kids hyping up GTA6, which is going to be the same basic ass GTA game, just with slightly better graphics.

It was such an obviously sarcastic question, this is why I hate this app’s dependence on the /s people’s brains are rotted beyond salvage.

Yeah no shit, assholes. Rockstar writes brilliant characters every game, I was mocking the guys usage of “crap characters”

That's the thing for me, too. Anyone who thinks this is going to be anything more than just another GTA game is kidding themselves. And if that's the game for you, cool, but Rockstar figured out the formula years ago, and they're gonna stick to it.

Do you actually listen to the people who are excited for the game? People are excited BECAUSE it's GTA, it's a game series millions of people love. No one is kidding themselves for being excited for the game.

Saying its going to be the greatest game of all time is not a crazy prediction. Rockstar has an incredible track record and with this budget + time i really don't see it anywhere but the top.

It will be "the greatest" until a different game comes out. Will it go down into history books as the best game, probably not.

I'd put GTA 5 on the greatest games of all time, not from a technical or presentation standpoint but just the influence. RDR2 is still the top rated game on IMDB or atleast tied with TLOU i think, either way all of their games age incredibly and are huge so i have a feeling it will be 1 for a while at least
