No see they said the gameplay would be updated, Legend of Dragoon doesn't need a gameplay update. Same with Legend of Legaia

Iā€™d be happy with it being like Expedition 33. Keep it turn based, update the graphics, quality of life, add more special attacks (and buff the dragoon form), update the script and the voice acting. Those last 2 definitely need work.

Giving this game the E33 treatment would be insane. I still think about the FMV of the Dragon Campaign (Rose flashback) and how awesome that would be updated with modern tech and professional VA etc.

Omg idk why i thought i was the only person that thought this game existed. Never heard anyone else talk about it and never seen much content on it. Tried to no avail to see if its playable on modern systems too. As a fan of ff7 I always kept my opinion to myself that legend of dragoon was superior for fear of getting lynched. Goated pick

Fixing the translation and updating some of the cringy dialog would be great. Also having difficulty levels for the long term fans would be nice - make it hard AF. Keep turn based, add a few more additions, fix Kongol, fix dragoon form - should be stronger than human form late game, make dart able to be switched out.

Severed chains does some of this stuff but a full blown graphical update would be awesome
