I hope meal prep subreddit is good for this since i will technically be cooking in bulk.

I’m having a party and I have invited a vegan friend of mines, and I want her to have MANY options. I want to make atleast one main entree and one appetizer fully vegan.

Does anyone have any suggestion for their favorite party food that is fully vegan?
