Air Vanuatu

After reading all the horror stories about Air Vanuatu over the past couple of years I'm hesitant to book domestic flights. Has anyone booked online through their website within the past 6 months or so and had a positive experience?

I booked in April. At the time you sent them an email of interest then chose your flights. They sent you a link to pay and then once they got paid you were issued tickets.

Travel in Vanuatu is odd, you just gotta trust it’ll work and be willing to accept you might be delayed. Give your international flights a day or two extra.

I had local friends go into the office there in Port Vila and book my tickets then forward me the email with the tickets attached. I found that easier than emailing and waiting for Air Vanuatu to reply
