Looking for Unity PS4 Build Support module

I'm looking for the Unity PS4 Build Support module, specifically for Unity 2017.2.0p2. The historical download link I found no longer works.

Does anyone know of a working download or an authorized build environment I can access myself? Compatible versions are also welcome.

I don't have PlayStation Partners/DevNet access. Free options are preferred, but affordable alternatives are welcome.

you can’t get the sdk if you’re not a registered Playstation partner
