Betrayed (1988)

Post image

In this movie we follow the FBI agent Katie Philips who is on secret mission to find members of the white supremacist who killed Jewish radio host. This movie is so good , Debra Winger and Tom Berenger where great there roles . Tom is always has been underrated actor i can't belived that this the first movie that I watched where he has leading role. This movie was inspired by real life murder of Alan Berg and I suprised that nowadays no one mentions this movie or that case . And also director off this movie Costa Gravas was always so underrated .

Good film! Great plot and well acted. I pretty much watched a ton of Tom Berenger after this. I had it my VHS collection.

Berenger was the lead in Major League, but not sure if that was before this.

The Alan Berg murder was also in the inspiration for the Eric Bogosian play and film, Talk Radio which I would recommend if you haven't seen it.

He was also the lead in Sniper, and played a major role in Platoon.
