Why she doesn’t want to make last names if they do exist in their world. This is not an attempt to reprimand her writing choices but I do find it rather unusual

You have to come up with basically two names for one character, and their first names are already pretty unique (who names their kid Krolik???) I don't think it's a matter of not wanting and moreso it's too much hassle for a minor detail. We do know that there is at least the CONCEPT of middle and last names thanks to William H. Doe and William Spearshake, but that's the extent of it and tbh not terribly creative

There's also the fact that its been over a decade since the series was released. When the only last name is the great John/Jane Doe pun, she has decent cause to fear a lot of hate if she reveals a bunch of boring names like Isen Jackson or Rei Donder.

Oo I have other name ideas for the main cast, mostly just John for now, im thinking of lucifer for John's middle name or Lucy for short( from song birds and snakes, im heavily into hunger games 🌝) or louise (I've been watching bobs burgers again)

Uru being lazy strikes again, they probably do have last names but it's one of those case where in the story, the characters can see them but we as the audience cannot.
