The first book has some panels redrawn. You csn tell the difference between the old and new artstyles. Unsure abt the others

There is bonus content and some redraws. They also change the word "cripple" to "zero"

Ventus has a lower level is the most egregious thing I can think of, which is weird because his stat values add up HIGHER than Meili's!

I tried reading the book and the webtoon version. For the second book, some text gets rearranged to different orders, some minor panels are removed for pacing, and there is a book only extra chapter in the end. Not sure if this applies to all books though. Other people mentioned some differences.

So.... a few panels are redraw, I think some may even be reorganized?
Also theres definite censorship in the physical release (for obvious reasons)
There are also some errors in the physical releases that as far as im aware are still not corrected. I believe in voluuume 3? Theres just straight up a complete page thats reused but with different text.
But also there physical release has bonus side stories never seen in the webcomic
