Question DC show carpool

i want to go to the free show in DC and am wondering if anyone in Oregon or California is looking to go, maybe we could sort out a carpool or travel plans to make it over to DC. i’m 20 and live in Oregon but frequently spend time in Portland & the bay area in CA 🤙

You could fly for the price it costs to drive. About $500 in fuel each way (and 40+ hours).

I live in Oregon and flying to the east coast is much cheaper than driving. You’d have to get a pretty big carpool going to make it worth it, but even then you’re looking at days of travel so what are you gonna do for food and lodging? I guess at 20 you’re probably fine sleeping in the car but my days of doing that are over 😂

flying or mixed service bus / train is cheaper i just don’t know where i’d stay when i get there. i guess i could just ball out and be homeless for a couple of days but not sure, still figuring it out

There are these places for people traveling called hostels. You could try checking them out. Better option than sleeping outside usually.
