4.8 by guide standards. Work on skin texture and quality, downturned eyes, nose a bit bulbous from front, decent side profile,

Yeah then more of a neutral tilt rather than downturned. Liner or natural lashes can help make them look more lifted and give a more positive tilt if that’s something you want to look into, your side profile is feminine and definitely one of your best qualities

They have a neutral tilt but you have sclera show (the white under the pupil) which make ur eyes look tired and give the impression of downturned eyes.
