My wife found a small stash of Trek books from a charity sale so bought them for me as a surprise. I've never read any Trek Books before, have I got any good ones here?

From briefly reading this sub, I understand Diane Duane and Peter David write some of the better ones. Has anyone got and particular recommendations from these?
