CBX FMMD Payment problems

I am trying to get my FMMD for flying into Mexico through CBX. I will be there for more than 7 days. I am able to enter all the info and get the confirming email. When I enter my credit card info the BBVA site it takes me to, I get a message that the card is not valid. This has been happening for that last few days with multiple cards. Anyone else experience this and any workaround outside of doing it at TIJ airport?

I remember running into this issue when I used the CBX app. The web browser worked for me

Thanks. I am not using the app, but I'm trying it on the browser. I've tried Chrome, ddg and Firefox. Nothing seems to work.

Better off just waiting till you get to CBX and get the 180day FMM there, website is a PITA.
