Hi im new to this and need help

Im on the installation part and got stuck on this. System is intel i5 1.60 GHz, 4.00 GB ram, UHD Graphics (128 MB). Im running on an old laptop. Am I doing something wrong or is it because my laptop cant support it. What do I need to do?
