When practicing with candle, i am able to stabilize the flame or make it more intense (i will attach a video showing this, look at flame and how it reacts in relation to my hands to see what i mean) if anyone has tips on how to have more control, and tips to be able to extinguish/raise the flame aswell please leave some tips 🙏🏽

It follows and glides along according to my will. Completely unedited, moves along to my will, and can be retracted or removed. Brightness goes down with size, the smaller the brighter.

I'm working to expand the brightness and thus size by putting in more energy.

Sadly, my energy reserves are tiny, so I burn out quickly and can't input too much energy.

I was working on ky latest experiment and I noticed I was experiencing a random headache out of nowhere. Do you guys ever experience random headaches when you are conducting your experiments?

I know it sounds crazy but… I genuinely feel like I’m capable of telekinesis. The weird part is that I don’t know how to activate it while I’m awake.
In my dreams, though, it feels completely different. I’ve had dreams where I could move things with my mind and somehow I could feel exactly what I was doing. It didn’t feel difficult or forced at all. It was almost like I already knew how to do it, and my brain just understood the process naturally.
That’s what makes me wonder if there’s something about being awake that prevents us from accessing certain abilities. I know that sounds extremely out there, but sometimes I genuinely believe something is blocking us from these kinds of powers in this dimension.
And I know the obvious response is “telekinesis isn’t real,” but then why has the idea existed for so long? Why do people across completely different cultures and time periods keep coming back to the idea of humans being able to influence things with their minds? Why is telekinesis such a recurring concept in movies, books, stories, etc.?
I’m not saying I have scientific proof that I can do it. I just have this really strange feeling that I can, and that I simply haven’t figured out how to access it yet.
Has anyone else ever had dreams where they could do something like this and it felt completely natural?

We have all been been told that there's a possible explanation for our abilities. Everything from a fan, we're blowing on it, you name it well with this footage I put the rest all that. There's no fan, I'm not blowing on it, there's no metal involved whatsoever. For those who don't believe in it we truly do exist. I have been practising with psi wheel for a fairly long time. I started 2 years back. stopped in between due to some life issues. came back to it this year. while I don’t have this issue while practicing sometimes, often late at night I wonder what if me and this entire sub and these people are mental ill or a hoax. now the issue is, if u don’t believe in it, u won’t be able to do it. and if u don’t do it, u won’t believe it it. it’s a cycle. and I read books, did energy work, prepared myself to have the capacity to take a leap of faith. I kept working on my psi wheel. i was cared of this leap. I’m an atheist and have been proud in my ability to be relational. It was scary. But I kept practising. there was a mug in my washroom with water and heavy mechanical objects. Today, I read a book which made me feel like it’s possible. And these objects haven’t ever moved Since 3 days back so it was NOT the wind people. it had a fan, a weird circular thing and a plastic cup sort of thing. I made the fan spin, and the circular thing move. its true and I want to dedicate my life to learning about it. Also want to learn from a scientific view using neuroscience.

and before this the best success with psi wheel I had was by setting an intent and then silencing myself. Doing it long enough even caused feelings of euphoria which I try to avoid. Unsure why but yes. So I thought, why not give dark room technique a try. I did it and I did see some colours and a purple fog. It was very interesting.

after doing 30 minutes of that I heard an episode of the gateway audios, just the first one bcs I started it. it’s basically breathing energy exercise in the first one. Good practice to calm oneself down. Also had this practice about locking the negative emotions inside a box, also very helpful.

anyways then I tried tk and I pretended that the purple glob which I was able to see till some extent was around my psi wheel and it wud follow my finger. Then I tried to quieten my mind and use my fingers to lead it. I felt a tingle and the psi wheel moved with it. Also it wasnt wind since I moved my fingers slowly to avoid causing wind and it worked at a distance. I imagined it wud follow the subtle moments of my neck and it did. Then i replaced it with a heavier paper psi wheel I usually can’t move and I was able to move it from a distance and with one hand cupped near it. Very interesting.

It took a while but I got there.

i have tried a couple of times and i dont know why i cant move it i can see it in my mind and i kinda feel i have a ball inbetween my hands,

and also i have heard that some people might be a hybrid breed of the nordic aliens and these nordic aliens have telekinesis and telepathy and those are the two main "powers" people are posting about so if you belive in aliens to might be cool to dig in on that, also im from scandinavia so i might be related to them tho i higly doubt it,

enough with alien talk what are the methods the ones i have seen are some kind of hand gestures and just manifest and belive are there any hidden tips i dont know about.

I was hella excited when I finally got it

Ok I did other techniques of energy training for about 2 years before I developed this new technique so that helped me alot. there are some things you'll have to do as to decrease your chance of going insane but ill say the main technique rn

1st you gotta get good at moving and producing energy to do this imagine a water source at head hands and feet and visualize and intend to move water from head to arms and back like a cyclone do the same with feet at the same time also intend and vizualize to produce as much water per second as possible do this till you feel u should stop or when moving water starts to get harder whichever comes first as you don't wanna fatigue urself too much. At first water may feel viscous and hard to move but eventually with enough training it gets more liquid and easier to move. Do this technique till it gets really easy and when it gets easy intend to produce and move the water at a more physical layer where you can decently move water and do this till it gets easy then try moving water at an even more physical layer etc etc.

Do this till you can move a little bit of physical blood in body with intent then everyday move more and more physical blood do it till it gets harder to move or if you feel u should stop you may get exhausted after moving blood so you won't be doing telekinesis after that as well so if you wanna measure progress once every few days do telekinesis on a half full water bottle and see how much you can make it ripple do remember doing this also fatigues and counts as training but do try moving more and more blood each day

Remember if you get fatigued don't continue training for the day I'd also recommend doing it at night before sleep as to not be exhausted the whole day and because recovery is faster while sleeping so sleep lots.

The problem with this is that if you do start practicing tk like this you'll draw the attention of evil entities and they may drive you insane so I recommend watching this youtuber named purple energy he has good advice on erasing entities and spiritual training tho he doesn't talk about powers so just do what I said and eventually you should develop telekinesis I still do recommend doin the training he describes yk so u don't go insane
