This post is gonna have spoilers about things you encounter via the Lucky Clover and working with Penn in this game.

When you first find him and Traysi, Traysi remembers Link from BotW. Penn is clueless. I forget the exact reason why, but Traysi insists on you just keeping a low profile and not telling Penn that you are indeed Zelda's trusted swordsman.

Anyway, I just recently got through the Dueling Peaks quest where you encounter....something rather unexpected (I'm trying to minimize spoilers here in case it pops up in someone's preview, lol)

A battle ensues, you are the victor and it turns out you foiled a Yiga trap designed for Link in the process. Cool, no problems yet.

So I just arrived at the South Akkala Stable and there's always the person reading the newspaper. This time it was Tilla. "What's the news?" And in the headline: "<blahblahblah> a member of the Yiga Clan attempting to trap the swordsman Link."

....So who the frick is writing these articles?? Is Penn not reading them afterwards??? Am I still to believe he doesn't know who Link is?????

EDIT: I should add this!

When you originally clear that story, Penn asks you, "Yo, what happened here???" Link's response is that the Yiga laid down a trap for him. And Penn is like, "What??? Why in the world are they trying to trap you? That's weird. Anyway, here's your reward!"

What do we do now?
What do you mean? Now we can play the game.
I’m so glad I’m done with all of these now to finish the shrines .

I’ve been ignoring dandelions. This is the first dandelion Korok puzzle I’ve completed. If you consider these puzzles.

If you already knew this, then..

I've been putting this off for about 400 hours. So long that I forgot Yunobu says, Goro! I went underprepared, but still did it in one go! I had two Sundelion foods, twelve hearts each. I had never used a ruby, but found out how much power they have, and not to stand too close! As always, Ganon was the first hard fight in the game, and he didn't disappoint! The ending was cool, but due to someone mislabeling their video when I was around 40 hours in, I already knew what happened! I'm glad I came back to it, and will again, but recently I hit a wall where I have no drive to do these quests. So I'm going to start Dragon's Dogma 2! You guys have been awesome to chat with! Keep it up, Hero!

As title text. Maybe it's cause I'm on mobile, maybe it's cause I'm thick. I don't know how to find pinned posts. So if someone can shed some light on how to find the pinned post that would be grand. I presume it gives guidance on this weird new feature which I think is a switch 2 feature.

Alternatively if anyone could give further guidance on how it works, or where to find QR codes short of having real live human friends that would be lovely.

Fanku

Ya ha ha !

Using ceilings as floors & vice versa for a huge increase to the square footage possible within the 15 room limit. No mods or glitches used :)

I don’t know if I did a good job showing in the video, but this world is such a delight on the eyes and ears. There’s something about it that’s just so entrancing when you can go to a place like this in the video, Rutile Lake on Satori Mountain, and you can see all the endemic wildlife living in harmony. The music, the sounds, everything all working together. I have a deep appreciation for this games ability to pull you in. I don’t know if this is art direction or world design or what I’m talking about but, man it’s beautiful.

I couldn't find any information about it. Previously, the pictures were heavily compressed and looked absolutely awful. I'm curious if the Switch 2 upgrade rectified this.

I really enjoy taking photos and screenshots, so the poor quality saddens me.

Last night after a year and one month of grinding I have completed all the shrines. This is the first game I have nearly completed. I still have the last fight to go but I want to upgrade all my armor first.

I'm so proud of myself. I never stuck to something like I have this!

Video games xan really help your confidence. I'm 35 years old and grew up playing Mario and harvest moon but not Zelda and I'm so so happy I started to play last year in September.

This feels so good!

I'm curious how opinions differ between the BOTW, TOTK, and general Zelda communities. I'm posting the same poll in each subreddit to compare results.

Please vote based on which game you consider better overall, not simply which one you played first. I'd also love to hear your reasoning in the comments.

I'll share the results after voting closes.

How do I reach the sky castle? I've tried starting points from close islands but it doesn't look like I'll be able to reach it. Do I just need a hoverbike and good zonai charges, or can I do it some other way?

Canyon of Awakening mine was my last location preceded by East Passage on the surface in the castle and Guard’s chamber. What a game, loved it!

Flux constructs, hinoxes, and the froxes are condensed to one to save space. also, sorry, it's kinda low resolution, the giant red square is gannon's army

What does this battery mean? It’s above everything and never goes down? Sorry if I seem dim guys I’m just not used to the newer zelda mechanics!
