Considering how Durham's pitching staff looked this year.... are they sure they want to do that lol?

Don’t promote a coach, expect a poach

Not really sure we had anywhere for him to move up tbh 🤷‍♂️. Snyder is well entrenched, for good reason.

The #MNTwins have hired Brian Reith as their new pitching coach.

Reith spent the past five seasons as pitching coach for the #RaysUp Triple-A affiliate, the Durham Bulls, helping develop competitive staffs built on strikeouts and limiting walks.

Now he gets his first MLB coaching opportunity with an organization looking to rebuild its pitching staff.

The Twins are hoping Reith can bring some of the pitching-development knowledge that has made the Rays so effective at maximizing arms.
