I was looking into my order again because I’m low on money and with shipping both sets were about $40 but I’m guessing if it’s unavailable that means I’m not getting them or at least any time soon :( I placed my order in June. It would be really cool to actually get them considering amazon did charge me but I don’t foresee myself actually receiving what I ordered

So I lowered the brightness to the lowest setting however it’s still pretty bright. Any ideas? I don’t like using blue light before bed but I kind of bought this to stay off my phone(which I have significant red filters on and dim settings. Please let me know!

I feel so bad, I left him at home while we went to get sushi. I just ordered a set of the connection reissues so wifey and I can play together and get married ❤️ RIP to my boy though

For context I already have the connection and the uni and really enjoy the gameplay. I’m considering getting another device that’s more “difficult”. what I enjoy the most about the connection is the added pressure of not making any care mistakes. So I’m currently debating between the ON and the Paradise but idk if the ON is too similar to the Uni. I’m also really interested in the neon planets paradise but I’ve heard that it’s an easier and more relaxed device to play. So my question is which device would you recommend or if there is any other device you recommend which would it be. (preferably color display)

I used a Pastel Juice when they were a child which turned them green, so they evolved to look like the Duolingo owl!!

Oh I can’t wait to figure out all of its features! Now to buy a case for it soon.

I haven’t pulled the tab on this device yet. It’s just sitting pretty in my display case. What is your most favorite feature of your tamagotchi connection?

My Sanrio Meets came today! Unfortunately there is a lot of dust on the screen underneath the faceplate and rusting/corrosion on one of the contacts in the battery compartment. Luckily, the device works well and the buttons are responsive! That being said, I have a couple of questions about potential restoration.
• For cleaning the dust, not sure if I should attempt to take the faceplate off from the front or if it’s best to disassemble from the back.
• For the rust/corrosion, I’ve been advised to use white vinegar followed by isopropyl alcohol 99%. However, I’m unsure what the best way to clean the contact would be, seeing as the damage is primarily at the bottom of the contact and hard to reach with a cotton swab or q-tip.
•(Side note: The screen itself is quite dark. It’s tolerable for now but I’m curious what options there are for brightening the screen. If anyone has any recommendations, that would be lovely!)

finally got the gang all together and decided to take a photo of every tamagotchi i've gotten since 2004!🥰

i got my first tamagotchi connection v3 for christmas, and absolutely loved it. the connection feature was legendary for recess time, when my friends and i would just form a circle and connect to each other's devices. my original connections have visited tamatown endless times, and have even spent a few weeks confiscated in my grade school teachers desk! my tamagotchi paradise has flown cross country a few times, and now my new (to me) iDL will too!🩵

i have been enjoying the iDL as much as i enjoy my original connections, and appreciate the fact that you can keep an adult character almost indefinitely. i do love the elderly tamas though. they're all so cute! the paradise i play like a tamagotchi variation on the neko atsume kitty collector, and love it dearly. the biology-esque aspects of species identification are amazing, and i love that each little ecosystem has its own set of native tamas. i bought the pix party several years ago, thinking it would be a good addition for me since i love photography, but it just isn't for me. fingers crossed i find someone who can enjoy it more than i did!

I finally got my hands on a V4! 🥹 This was one of the models I played with as a kid and I have no idea what happened to it - probably got donated :’). I’ve been scouring the internet for a while hoping to find a decent listing for one but they’re either over $100 or in very bad condition. I finally tried making an offer to a seller that was within my price range and to my surprise, they actually accepted! If you happen to be in this subreddit, thank you!!! My inner-child is screaming. 😆

I live in Canada, and my shipping is a whole whoppin' $226 CAD. I saw many other people saying similar prices.

Realized it's because the Tamagotchi is listed as 100 lbs. Most definitely an error that will be fixed!

I’m trying to grow a poiuztchi and I don’t have access to any sour fruits right now. I also already did the egg hunt today where I only obtained tropical fruits!

AI keeps giving me the wrong codes to input for sour candy. So I’m frustrated. What can I give my tama while in this stage so that it eventually becomes a poiuztchi? Right now it’s just a baby, but this stage goes by fast.

Google is not helping so I thought I’d reach out to the community.
