Hi everyone! I’m researching two business ideas and would appreciate your honest feedback. The first is a rental move-in/move-out documentation service: someone visits the property with permission, photographs each room and visible damage, and provides dated, organized photos with a brief condition checklist. It’s designed for people who are busy moving or can’t be there in person. The second is C–B Tutoring, which helps students earning C’s work toward B’s when they lack useful resources or their current study methods aren’t working. It would offer three levels of support, with options including study resources, weekly planning templates, and one-on-one tutoring. I am conducting an academic study on people who have been diagnosed with invisible disabilities and its impact on their mental health. Any participation or sharing the link would be greatly appreciated!

For those who are unaware: an invisble disability is a physical, mental or neurological condition that is not visible from the outside, that affects a persons daily life.

Some examples are: diabetes, autism, ADHD, personality disorders, etc.

There are no requirements other than a diagnosis and being 18+. It is completely anonymous and should take 10-15 minutes.

I’m a graduate student at NYU Steinhardt researching how families stay connected with older relatives, including those with memory loss. I’m looking for U.S. adults (18+) who help care for or support an older family member.

I am close to finishing my psychology degree and would love for you to take my capstone survey. I am looking at how mock jurors evaluate expert testimony. You will read a short case summary, an excerpt of expert testimony and then answer about 15 questions and some demographics. It is completely anonymous and will not be published.
