I'm not sure why TTS has the object show twice like that when drawn to hand, but it seems like an opponent would be able to see the card that is on the table edge. Is that right or wrong?

For the past few months I've been working on an adaptation of Limbus Company for Tabletop Simulator, because as much as I like the game, the design of its gameplay feels rather flawed.

There's no need for you to have any knowledge on that game, however. Most mechanics are adapted or inspired by it and I'd like to know if someone who never heard of Limbus can understand them properly.

The game involves having tight control over 12 units, of which you control 6 at a time, to fight several enemies from the game. Each unit has their own role, which you need to play around to get the most out of them. After each fight, you're given more units to replace your team to make them stronger and work together better.

I made sure that every fight (except the first one which is made for you to get used to the base mechanics) has a specific gimmick that you must also play around, so not a single fight feels generic/filler.

I'll mention that the game is rather complex, but the game relies on a lot of scripting to automate any parts that are repetitive, boring, or easy to forget.

I’m new to tabletop simulator and haven’t played 40k in years so am very rusty. But have managed to load in my 2k black templar army. Anyone want to play against me let me know.

what the title says. i can never find a lobby through search. the only time i can get in is if i'm sent an invite via discord or steam. it was working perfectly fine until a couple months ago. i've tried deleting and reinstalling TTS and even deleting and reinstalling steam, but nothing works. has this happened to anyone else?

I got a really cool workshop for some table top items, I saved them and as I placed them I got the worming for malicious script, I googled it and only found that its infected and spreads to other items, I deleted them out of my saves but is that enough and is this infection dangerous for my pc?

For us it was saving a table with every seat already set up: playmat, life counter, token bag, dice. Game night used to start with 20 minutes of people dragging stuff around and asking where the d20s went. now we just load in and start shuffling.

The other one was getting everyone to actually use Alt to zoom on cards instead of asking "what does that say" every turn xD

What's the little thing that fixed your group's sessions? Hotkeys, saved tables, scripting, house rules for the digital table, whatever.

Hi! I made a Dota 2 retheme of Splendor. It plays just like the original: you collect Runes to recruit Heroes, and Dota Items like Aghanim's Scepter or Skadi take the place of the nobles.

I also added a new mechanic, the Divine Rapier. It’s worth 5 VP and it can be stolen. The first player with 3 Heroes in 4 different colors claims it, but anyone who reaches 4 in 4 colors can take it, then 5, and so on. Whoever holds it becomes everyone’s target.

There’s also a language selector that switches every text in the game between English, Spanish and Russian.

I'm doing primary research about tabletop skirmish games and would like for some people to help me and fill out a form that takes like 7mnts, i would really appreciate some responses from people with some experience and knowledge about tabletop Games. I've made the cards and am planning on running session 1 of my new card game in a month or so, this will be the first of my many multi session type card games that primary use standard playing cards, this one is called Go F*** Yourself Go Fish Yourself And the only Irl playtest took 3 hours with only 3 players of which 1 quit 2 hours in :)

Also does anyone else here enjoy collecting standard playing card decks? I plan on making a version that includes many cool artistic standard decks!

Recently, I've been trying hard to find backups of some of the best TTS mods which are removed and pretty hard to find. Most of those mods been taken down by publishers, so the publishers could create their own digital standalone versions of those games, with the most common example being "The scythe".

I looked for those games that I had interest in, and searched as many places as I could in the internet. I also searched the TTS save trading discord server, but sharing those removed mods was prohibited, even in DM.

The reason I'm here searching for mod backups is that I'm looking for a complete play, with all the expansions and additions. The standalone versions of many of those games didn't really satisfy me in this regard. The scythe digital edition (And probably the other Stonemeier Publishing games) is coded in a way that new expansions cannot be added without changing the codes first, which is very costy to its publisher. So here I am 😄

If you have a backup of these mods I've listed down below, or know about private invite-only discord servers where these mods (Which are banned) are shared, please comment about it and if possible post a valid invite to those secret servers. Surely it could be very helpful to many people who are seeking these mods, just like me. also, make sure your shared mods are complete in expansions and everything else. Share them in an organized matter, and order them in the alphabetic order please.

I created this deck-building game on Tabletop Simulator and want to playtest it more. It's not something I want to sell, just something I want to enjoy during my free time.

In this game, you play as one of the most famous pirates in the story and buy cards to improve your deck. You work your way to get treasures by defeating marines and exploring the unknown. The game ends when the One Piece is obtained (the last of the 6 treasures). Then you add up Treasure Points, aka victory points, in your deck. Plays with 2-5 players at best. Around 2 hours long once you get used to the rules.

I have a rule book and can explain how everything works.
