Yeah... It's not impossible but controller is heavily needed with gryo assist

Edit:Just saying that they are scary sometimes, that's why I said its not impossible cause I have no clue how good they are if they can control anything decently well using touchscreen

It's actually a recurring mechanic in video games that was originally a bug in Quake. Ever since people discovered you could do it there they started adding it on purpose on other shooters :)
