Mechanical Help has anyone else experienced this with carplay?

the map keeps glitching and when changing apps the screen gets distorted.

When was the last time you restarted your phone. CarPlay is basically a mirror of your phone so if it’s having problems, it’s your phone most likely.

I've had problems with CarPlay where the audio would not do anything. Usually when switching from a phone call to music it would get locked on a phone call audio even though there was no cal anymore. For that the only fix was to hold the power button on my cars console down for about 10 seconds to reboot

Has this happen in my old Lexus. It’s just your phones Bluetooth connection getting interfered with. Not a car issue to my knowledge
