They're not just ridiculous, they're also illegal. Only Congress has the authority to levy tariffs.

Well in a 2 party system the majority party sits in the White House and Congress they arnt gonna do anything. The US govt is a series of handshake deals without any repocussions for failing to follow through on the rules because the founding fathers believed in honor and those in power now think that's a great way to take advantage of the suckers who still believe in the rules. Rump did what Russia wanted him to do. Destroyed the fabric of our laws by exposing the weakness in them. Because in the end people with their bias and greed and favoritism are in change and there is nothing written on a piece of paper currently that will change that.

Bill of rights and the constitution both say you can remove corrupt governments

Please state the means they allow for that to happen. I'll answer that for you. Elections, Lawsuits, the 25th amendment and impeachment. All of these require the rest of the people in the govt to say the president is corrupt. Do you think that will happen. Since impeachment has happened already you know the answer. The 25th amendment? Requires the cabinet who was hand picked by trump and is in some cases worse then him. Lawsuits? The DOJ are basicly his personal lawyers again going against their mandate or a independent investigative body that doesn't work for the president. And elections. There are troops stationed at some drop boxes already. States have illegally gerrymandered themselves due to super majorities in state houses. Elections is the last chance. We screw up the midterms it will embolden trump and I bet he tries for a 3rd term again straight ignoring law because no one is in a position to call him on it.

Nope thats not what I'm talking about at all.

Bill of rights says the people can do away with corrupt government.

We have the 2nd amendment.

Not talking about any of that other shit

There are several well established precedents that allow the president to levy tariffs. The office is pre-authorized from previous legislation.
