Suggestion Steam service error?

Recently started my PC and out of nowhere this popped?
what is this all about? Any idea if we need to go with installation or would it cause any impact?

I don't want my PC to run some background AI stuff to slow it down further

Got it too. Windows 10. I just closed steam via taskmngr, and launched it again. Did not get that notification.

Just got this now myself and am hesitant to click anything with it. It happened after I did a windows update today so maybe that has something to do with it?
