Springfield Home Sale Advice! 🏡
Hi all!
I’m selling a home for the first time and would love some honest feedback from local buyers.
It’s an older, updated home in Springfield, and I’m sharing some interior photos along with the details:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, approximately 1,730 sq ft.
Spacious kitchen and living room (my couch is HUGE) and a flexible bonus room with its own exterior entrance and closet. Great potential for a home office, guests, or multigenerational living. The primary bedroom has two standard sized closets and a 1/2 bathroom attached.
Large circular driveway with ample parking, but no garage.
Large exterior storage shed and fenced backyard with mature trees.
Roof and water heater replaced in 2022.
Located in northeast Springfield near Chestnut & 65.
We originally listed at $265K and recently reduced to $255K. We’ve been on the market for 11 days.
For anyone shopping in this price range:
Would the lack of a garage be a dealbreaker?
Does the price seem competitive for the size and features? Is there anything about the home or listing that would discourage you from scheduling a tour?
I’m genuinely interested in local perspectives as we figure out our next steps. Thanks in advance!
