Help registering

Hi,

I'm trying to register a Sony account but I keep getting "The connection to the server timed out" warning when I try to submit registration.

I tried a dozen times, on mobile data, on wi-fi, on my phone and my laptop, in different browsers. Always the same problem. Does anyone know what's causing this?
