does anyone have ideas for an on the go snack for someone with high cholesterol? i spend a lot of time on campus and i'm often hungry (physically and mentally) bcus there are huge gaps between my actual meals. i love a snack plate, but i can't have excessive amounts of cheese or preserved meat. i'm also allergic to tree nuts lol. i'm at a loss and incredibly hungry
