I’d love to exchange snacks with anyone, anywhere in the world! Unfortunately, my first attempt didn’t quite work out because Canada Post has temporarily suspended parcel services to several countries, including some of the European destinations I was hoping to exchange with.

As of October 2026, the affected European countries include Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and Portugal.

That said, I’m still excited to connect with people from all over the world! I love learning about different countries, cultures, and traditions, and I think one of the most fun ways to do that is through food, especially snacks people grew up eating. I’d love to try your local favorites, childhood treats, and interesting snacks that I probably wouldn’t be able to find here in Canada.

In return, I’d be happy to put together a package of Canadian goodies for you to try! I already have a running list of snacks I’d love to share, and I’m excited to introduce someone to the treats we have here.

Hopefully, we can share a little piece of our countries with each other and make a new friend along the way.

I’ve only seen them when I’ve visited the Hawaiian islands. If anyone is willing, I’d happily pay for two boxes plus shipping.

Heya!! My family uses Roka Blue cheese spread to make cheese balls every year at the holidays. It appears as though Kraft yet again has only released it on the east coast. If someone wouldn't mind checking their stores to see if it's available that would be fantastic. We likely would want 12 jars if possible. Happy to trade for something or cover the cost and shipping.

Thank you!

Just wanna give a HUGE shoutout to u/floorcorn for the exchange! I couldn’t be more happy to see this much Stroopwafel and look o sour candy :)

Thank you for being you! :)

I live in Japan and miss a bunch of stuff back home in the US.

Would love to exchange delicious snacks. Also if youre into stationary...I got that to.

Looking for a swap from the Netherlands to somewhere around the world. I live close to the border of Belgium so if you would like it, I also could send you some snacks from there.

First time for me!

Shout out to u/verand for an amazing exchange. These are amazing! Nice touch on these tiny notes and the card is so kawaii! Until our next one!

I am looking for an exchange from the Netherlands! Please let me know! ♥️

Any budget. I am after some super specific truffles from Albert Hejn and in return you will receive some super tasty snacks and sweets from the UK.

As the title says. I’ve only sent items and not food before, I’ve done some reading and there was a mention of notifying FDA or something like that about the snacks I’d be sending but I’m not sure if I HAVE to do that or not. I’m thinking of using Royal Mail to send the snack, open to suggestion for different ways to send it.
What about my friend in US? What would she need to do? She never sent a package outside of US before and I don’t know if it’s the same process there or not. Also can we pay the customs/vat or whatever else that would need to be paid by the other person ourselves? When I sent packages to Germany my friend had to pay to receive the package and this time I want to cover the cost myself so my bestie doesn’t have to do that, if possible.

Hey everyone! i’d love to do a swap with anyone willing, I can get you lots of fun canadian snacks (ketchup chips anyone?) and im not picky! ☺️

A trade with u/surlyburlygirl from Canada to me in Denmark 🙌 A box filled with goodies! And poutine gravy packet! That’s fantastic! Looking forward to trying it all… 😊 Thank you for my first trade!

Thanks to u/IkkeNogenSpeciel for agreeing to this awesome trade, I am excited to share these with my Danish friend, the thoughtful touches were so kind of you!!

Looking for some candy from the US! Happy to send Canadian snacks in return!

Hello! The best candies I've ever had are from Germany from the brand Bären-Treff, specifically the Fruchsaft-Waldfruchte variety. I lived in Germany for a little over a year and traveled back and forth between there and the US, and every time I came back to the US I would bring back several 1kg bags of these gummies. Every major German city that I visited had a Bären-Treff store, even in Göttingen where I was living (which is a small university town).

I live in Rhode Island, USA and would be happy to trade you some local snacks if there's a German out there willing to ship me some Bären-Treff!! I just want a few 1kg bags of the Waldfruchte to hold me over for a while.

EDIT: Also, I was just thinking - I also miss the flavor of the Sanddorn berry, which I tried when visiting my ex's hometown in Niedersachsen. I picked up some Sanddorn preserves which was delicious. So if you live in the north of Germany and have access to anything with Sanddorn, that would be cool too :)

Thanks!

Thank you so much for all this deliciousness! With some Danish licorice too!

I am looking for an american to help feed my cookie addiction, as i have found you have butterscotch and pumpkin spice chocolate chips by toll house. I really want to make cookies and maybe ganche?

Pregnant woman happy to send any Dutch savoury and sweet snacks! I’m just tired of what we have here and I’m so hungry 😂

Bonus, I also have some Romanian chocolates at home that I brought from my last trip that I would be happy to share too!

I've lived in Ukraine for 3 years now (can confirm from my posts or Instagram w/same username), I do volunteer work building and repairing homes, and teach English. While there are a few American brands here, I am desperate for some of favorite snacks that I just can't get!

Shipping to Ukraine is a bit different, but my parents have done it twice and I can give you detailed instructions. Shipping from Ukraine should be totally fine as long as there's no metal in the box they seem cool.

I'm happy to ship first in case you're concerned because even if I don't get a box I just like sharing Ukrainian culture and I think it would be fun! 👍

Thanks!

A huge thank you to u/EmpressPenguinone for the amazing selection of snacks from Australia (and New Zealand)! I can’t wait to try everything! 😍

I’m looking for another snack exchange! I’ve already tried snacks from Canada and Australia, and I’d love to explore more! 🌍

If trying a variety of Croatian goodies sounds interesting to you, please let me know! 🇭🇷🍫
