I keep getting this pop up in the corner because of stuck apartment resident next to the elevator. She used to stand in front of her apartment door, but something moved her when I wasn't paying attention. The only time the pop up stopped was when she passed out from lack of energy. I tried using FFS lot debugger but there is no option to fix bad apartment residencies.

hi guys, i’ve had a lot of corruption recently (ultimate collection) and I was wondering if anybody could help. I started a new save today. before I could even get a chance to quit the game and back up my neighbourhood, my child disappeared. this also happened a few days ago, similar situation, a child sim just disappeared, and that save was only a few days old. i’ve installed the two anti corruption mods linked in the wiki, i’ve uninstalled onedrive, uninstalled/reinstalled the sims about 3 times, i’ve watched april black’s video on corruption, and i’m still lost. can someone please help me out?

I heard about disappearing homework but my problem is that one kid's homework suddenly became, well...impossible to interact with.

I tried "force error" - nothing.

As you can see, I have four kids and two teens because one of my sims wants to marry off six of her children. On monday, when all six got homework, it was fine. On tuesday - for some reason this specific kid's homework is glitched. I replayed that day because of a birthday party but it's still glitched like that. And just his, as far as I can tell.

What do I do 😭

so I have to clear the cache, reset layout and clear history.

I have this one Romance sim in Uni who keeps having the "Have a Good Reputation" want show up. I looked back through his memories, and he has the memory of that being fulfilled some time ago. It is possible that he lost some reputation at some point, when he "got caught cheating," but that was a long time ago, in sim time. He is currently a "Sociable Celebrity," highest reputation possible!

About that "cheating": He did once meet a sim on a public lot and got as far as making out with her before she left, then she showed up on another public lot a few days later where he was on a date with another Sim. They weren't going steady or engaged or anything, just crush and high enough relationship to make out. He's even managed to catch her on his home lot and apologize to her multiple times. They no longer have crushes on each other, but are BFFs now, and she must be over her fury, because she quit coming by days ago to try to steal the newspaper or knock over the trashcan. Yet he still keeps popping the "Good Reputation" want.

I don't have any mods or cc installed, and prefer to keep it that way. Does anybody have any advice or insight on getting rid of the want?

Hi everyone i need help exiting fullscreen, i got the game from this wiki so its not steam solution. Alt + enter isnt working. I usually multitask or text while playing and having to fully tab out and go back to sims makes my game lag

Every time I try to build the game crashes. I thought I was my mods/cc so I removed them but it’s still crashing. I repaired in the EA app but it’s still crashing, I uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still crashing. I don’t know what to do. Also want to add that when it crashes, I don’t get an error message, it just loads for a second then closes.

I placed spiral stairs outside and now dogs keep getting stuck on the second floor. Is there a mod that fixes the issue? I know I can moveobjects or testingcheatsenabled them out, but I want it to stop happening without messing up my build with gates. Has someone fixed this in the past? Google was no help

Sometimes when my Sim tries to cook certain foods, the food just disappears instead of being cooked. Is this a bug, or is there a reason for it? Has anyone else experienced this?

On a serious note, could this be a sign that something is seriously wrong with my game or just a little quirk? I haven't had any other issues

Hi I'm wondering if you have ever had this issue with an apartment. I'm using the LC version but would like to know if it happened before.

I'm experiencing an issue with an specific apartment slot of an apartment lot. You see, this apartment has 3 family slots, the other 2 can be played just fine but the third one doesn't load because there's either a infinite loading screen, a black screen where the bird chirping is heard the cursor is loaded but the actual game doesn't , or , sometimes even the UI is loaded . I can see the sims of the family but I cannot do anything otherwise the game starts loading and a window pops up saying the game stopped working.

As I said, this only happens with this specific slot, the others can be played just fine. It doesn't matter what family is on this slot. I tried with the one that got the issue first, moved it out, moved it back again moved other family and the same happened

Never had this before, occuring on multiple sims on the same lot

My sim got the wish to have their cat retire from work (I hadn't even noticed the cat aging honestly, too many children rn) but now the cat isn't coming home at all, energy and comfort is stuck at 0 while the poor thing is supposed to be retired. Can I force error a sim that isn't present on the lot? I'm not sure if I retired the cat while he was still at work or if he went to work despite being retired.

It's very late so I had to quit and I will go to bed, I will check this post tomorrow.

Hi! I’ve had some technical issues with Legacy and want to try switching to Ultimate, since I already have both.

I’ve tried Graphics Rules Maker and the new 1.0 version of TS2 Extender by LazyDuchess. I also installed George, because I think that is the only way I can bypass the EA app?

The game seems to run fine and the graphics look crisp, but the UI is tiny to the point of being unplayable.

I tried using Magpie to upscale the UI, but (unless I’m doing something wrong) it doesn’t increase the size of the UI.

Am I going to have to pick between a) blurry text and a playable UI, or b) crisp text and a microscopic UI?

Should I try using an older version of RPC Launcher instead of the new TS2 Extender?

I’m hoping to keep the original game UI, but would Clean UI or Starship UI resolve these issues automatically?

I posted about a month ago about a long-time issue I've had with getting my game to run in windowed mode but didn't provide a screenshot. My explanation of what actually happens might not have been clear either. To clarify, I don't mind using fullscreen, not like I have a choice. It's just annoying; I don't have the option to use windowed mode. I feel alone in the problem and can't figure out what could be causing it and had no luck searching google for an answer. I'm on Windows 11 - I have UC (not ea version). Edit: I removed the bit about ts2 extender as it made it seem like that was my main issue.

honestly what the title says. I don’t like Daniel and Kaylynn but they don’t deserve this.

update: i’m keeping him. I renamed him using sim pe so he could have his original name back. also, aging him up fixed the whole nightmare fuel body glitch, he now looks like a normal child lol!
