First time making "poutine" yes, there is beef gravy under the cheese made from ribeye steak fat and flour. Home made short stubby fries. Some generic cheese shred, bacon bits from 1 big strip of bacon and lots of chives.

I made this about a month ago. I used "steak-umm" beef slices. Yellow onion, and bell peppers and cheddar cheese slices. Sorry for no pictures of assembled sandwich. But my fiancée ate it and said it was disgusting. So what you guys think? Would you eat? 🤔 it was pretty greasy, but not bad.
